Port change on 9/10/2008 @ 1700 hours
Due to changes by several large ISPs, we need to update the way we handle and get mail.
We have been using port 25 for the last 10 years. Due to the high volume of spam programs that target port 25, several large ISPs have decided to change ports rather then go after the spam programs. It is not like the programs can not be changed to reflect the new standard port "587" - but that is what we are currently stuck with.
